LOCATION:Intermountain Health/Good Samaritan Hospital 200 Exempla Circle\, Lafayette You will take Hwy 287 turn left on Campus Drive. Continue on Campus Dr. to the east side of the Hospital. There is visitor parking on the East side. Enter through the main hospital entrance. Turn left\, walk down and you will see the Chamber signage on your left.
