SUMMARY:Assessing Your Business and Goal Setting
DESCRIPTION:Assessing Your Business and Goal Setting\n\n \n\nIs your business established and running well?  You may be inclined to let things continue to run as they are.  However\, this is a good time to assess and plan for your business success through goal setting.  All businesses should regularly review their progress and decide where they are going through goal setting.\n\n \n\nAssessing Your Business and Goal Setting is a two-hour seminar that will take you through the essential process to help you assess your business. It will provide you with information about how to gather and highlight your strengths and areas that could be improved.  Then establish yearly goals with milestone We will discuss what components need to be assessed and how to use these to redefine your business goals for another year.\n\n\n\nDue to limited space\, each business may have only one attendee.  This seminar is limited to 12 participants\, and a waitlist will be available for scheduling a second session. At the present he is a certified bilingual(Spanish & English) counselor to the Latino Chamber\, a certified bilingual counsel or and business advisor to the East Colorado\, the Boulder and North Metro Small Business Development Centers\, providing one on one services to individuals as well as group classes in business planning and start-up seminars.\n\nHe has counseled and provided needed services and resources to over 400 new potential and existing entrepreneurs. He has participated as a Board member of the Carbon Valley Chamber in Firestone\, Colorado and the President of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Boulder County Work Force.\n\nHis professional career has included 31 years as an educator 21 of those years as a principal. His leadership skills include helping individuals improve their performance\, cross-cultural education\, improving organizations\, business development\, and tapping potential and appropriate resources. He was the Colorado Small Business Development Center volunteer of the year in 2007 and the Small Business Development Center Counselor of the Year in 2009.
