\n6:00am - 8:00am (Estimated Time - weather permitting)
\nBoth Soaring Heights and Erie HIgh School parking lots are open for those coming to watch \;the event.

\nBalloon Glow - Saturday July 13th
\n7:30 - 9:30pm
\nNE corner of Erie Parkway &\; County Line Road
\n(Weather permitting)
\nFood trucks will be onsite from 6:00-9:00
\nSee you tonight at the Balloon Glow - 7:30pm - 9:30pm with food trucks opening up at 6pm. Pilots arriving at 7:15 - Glow at dusk.

Annual Erie Hot Air Balloon Launch
\n\nThe Rocky Mountains are clearly visible in the distance as the sky comes alive with all the colors of the rainbow. \;Join us for the Erie Hot Air Balloon Festival\, and it'\;s magical. \;Come early \;and watch the balloons inflate and take flight. \; The balloon will launch anytime between 6:00am - 8:00am each morning (usually on the earlier side)\, weather permitting - No Pets Allowed on the launch field! \; No Drones allowed in the launch area

\nBalloon Glow
\nMiss the morning balloon launch? \; \;No worries - come and enjoy a spectacular night glow from 7:30 - 9:30pm. \; \;on Saturday 7/13. \; \;We will have 8+ balloons tethered with burners ablaze for you to enjoy.
When: \; July 13th\, 2024
\n\nWhere: \; Glow Site - NE corner of Erie Parkway and County Line Road
\n\nParking: \;Free Parking at the Erie Community Center\, 470 Power Street
\n\nFood: \; While there\, have some goodies from our local food \;trucks including: \; Urban Hotdog Collective\, Taste of Poland\, Beltran'\;s Food Truck\, Happy Cones\, Tasty Clouds.

\n\nCancellations:
\nMany factors may cause the cancellation of a launch and Balloon Glow. (Rain\, Fog\, Wind are a few). \; So if the conditions are not suitable we do not fly. \; With us it'\;s all about fun and safety. \; There'\;s always another day and it will be better. \; Please check our website and Facebook page for information on daily for cancellations of Balloon Launch/Glow due to weather. Launches can be cancelled right up to launch time for the safety of our pilots\, their crews and all \;spectators.

\nWhat not to bring:
\nDuring our Balloon Launch and Balloon Glow - No drones\, dogs and smoking are allowed in the launch area. They pose a safety concern \;to the pilots\, \;their balloons and passengers. We appreciate you keeping it safe for the Pilots.

\nVolunteers: \; \;
We are seeking volunteers for this year'\;s launch!
\nAre you available to volunteer at the launches July 12th\, 13th \;and 14th from 5:30am until balloons launch (generally 9am at the latest)?
\nPilots need crew members to help with setting up their balloons.
\nWe also need volunteers to ensure there are no dogs on the launch field\, "\;lost"\; crew members trying to find their pilot\, etc. It will be a very fun time and no stress!!
\nWe are so thankful for all the volunteer support that makes this great family-friendly community event a success!
