Banned Book Bingo is an interactive October campaign designed to bring families together while highlighting the importance of diverse stories and the incredible local businesses that make our community thrive.

Approximately 800 Erie families will receive Bingo cards featuring participating businesses, encouraging families to explore local shops, discover new resources, and engage with community partners throughout the month.

Participating businesses choose a simple way for families to complete their Bingo square, whether through a store visit, special offer, coupon, activity, or service. No large time commitment is required, and sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses of all sizes.

By participating, businesses help celebrate literacy, increase local visibility, and show families that they are part of a community that values inclusion, connection, and belonging.
