Learn How to Make Fresh Tempeh from Tofurky’s Founder Seth Tibbott
Luvin Arms is hosting a very special cooking demonstration this summer: tempeh-making with Tofurky’s Founder, Seth Tibbott, who has been making tempeh at home and commercially for over 40 years.
Tempeh is one of the most delicious and easily digestible vegan proteins in the world. This fermented staple of the Indonesian people is relatively easy to make, and eating fresh tempeh right out of the incubator is a game-changing, heavenly experience.
In this class, you will be hands-on in the kitchen with Seth, making and tasting a fresh batch of tempeh.
Luvin Arms' own Chef Donna Marino will be assisting Seth in the kitchen.
Participants will also get the chance to meet some of our beloved animal residents and hear their inspiring stories.
The registration fee includes all supplies.

About Seth:
In 1980, after making from-scratch tempeh to share with friends and family, 30-year-old teacher/naturalist/hippie Seth Tibbott opened his own company in Forest Grove, Oregon. He expanded operations to a vacant elementary school in 1983 - and decades ahead of the tiny house trend, he built a 300-square-foot treehouse to call home. Fast forward to 1995, Tofurky debuted the very first Holiday Roast. It struck a cultural chord with a nation hungry for a tastier meat-free Thanksgiving. Today, Tofurky’s growth plans include new products and new countries. Tofurky is inspired by a world that is waking up to the benefits of tasty veg food.
