Join Southern Land Company, the developer of Westerly, and SLC Homes, Southern Land Company’s in-house homebuilding group, to celebrate the grand opening of SLC Homes’ new office in Erie!

SLC Homes is one of three homebuilders at Westerly, Southern Land Company’s under-construction 400-acre master-planned community in Erie. Westerly marks SLC Homes’ first community in Colorado, and it will be SLC Homes’ sole project in Erie for the foreseeable future. The new SLC Homes office will serve as the home base for the dedicated team bringing this one-of-a-kind community to life. SLC Homes builds exclusively in Southern Land Company communities and focuses on quality craftsmanship, high-end materials, elegant finishes, contemporary conveniences, and lush landscaping.

At the grand opening, brief remarks will be given by:

• TJ Montoya, Vice President of Construction & SLC Homes – Colorado, Southern Land Company
• Tim Downey, Founder and CEO, Southern Land Company
• Justin Brooks, Mayor, Town of Erie
• Pat Vero, Executive Director, Erie Chamber of Commerce

Following remarks, a celebratory ribbon-cutting will take place and attendees will be able to tour the new office. Light refreshments will be served.

Following the grand opening, attendees are welcome to head to Westerly to enjoy sneak peek tours of model homes from each of the three homebuilders at Westerly—SLC Homes, McStain Neighborhoods, and Wonderland Homes. The model homes will officially open to the public on Saturday, March 11. Westerly is located at the intersection of Erie Parkway and County Road 5 in Erie.
