Assessing Your Business and Goal Setting

Assessing Your Business and Goal Setting
Is your business established and running well? You may be inclined to let things continue to run as they are. However, this is a good time to assess and plan for your business success through goal setting. All businesses should regularly review their progress and decide where they are going through goal setting.
Assessing Your Business and Goal Setting is a two-hour seminar that will take you through the essential process to help you assess your business. It will provide you with information about how to gather and highlight your strengths and areas that could be improved. Then establish yearly goals with milestone We will discuss what components need to be assessed and how to use these to redefine your business goals for another year.
Due to limited space, each business may have only one attendee. This seminar is limited to 12 participants, and a waitlist will be available for scheduling a second session. If you are unable to attend, please inform us so we can offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
