Erie Health & Wellness Alliance
Our mission is to strengthen interdisciplinary understanding among Erie-area healthcare providers in oder to improve patient experience and clinical coordination across the community.
Over the past several years, we’ve seen a shift in healthcare that has left many independent providers more disconnected and navigating care separately. As private practices grow and patients take a more active role in their health, both patients and providers are finding it harder to connect with the right resources. The Erie Health & Wellness alliance is a profession-neutral forum designed to bring private local healthcare providers together for structured professional connection and case-based discussion.
This initiative is not sales-driven and not structured around referral quotas. It is a facilitated forum focused on clarity, trust, and professional development. We created this group to bridge that gap, bringing providers together to build stronger relationships, increase visibility, and create a more connected, accessible network for our community.

Over time, this will elvove into a strong, reliable network, allowing providers to confidently connect patients with other trusted professionals and ultimately create more comprehensive, collaborative care for families in our community. To maintain quality and balance, we are including two accredited professionals per specialty, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free to attend, but must connect with the group facilitator. To keep it concise, we are an invite-only group. We alow two professionals of each modality to attend on a first-come, first-served basis with a few stipulations (local, small, privately owned.)
