Part Time, on site, Bookkeeper / Office Manager needed at Hunter Floor & Window Covering.

Must be experienced in Desktop QuickBooks, AR, AP, Microsoft Excel and Word, general office work. Process all city and state sales tax monthly. Calculate commissions earned by project managers. Process weekly payrolls via PayChex online. Reconcile bank & credit card accounts. Provide CPA with all required documents for corporate tax filings. Required to have excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Open office format in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Part time hourly to start, 5 days a week preferred. Flexible hours. May go to full time in future.
