The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who is highly motivated, ambitious, and a true self-starter. You should take pride in clean, code-compliant installs, own your work, and look for ways to get the job done efficiently. Duct fabrication skills and service experience are a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, rooftop units, and duct systems
- Set up and start new equipment properly
- Check airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance
- Keep the job site clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, GCs, and team members
- Take initiative to solve problems and improve installation practices
- Help train and support apprentices
- Keep accurate and thorough documentation of work completed
What You Need:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 Certification required (At least Type 2)
- Strong installation practices and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
- Blueprint/mechanical drawing reading skills
- Service experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, punctual, and respectful
