Pay: $25.00/hour Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-exempt Location: Serving Erie, Longmont, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, and surrounding northern Colorado communities
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a small crew on daily residential and commercial landscaping jobs — making sure work gets done right, on time, and to our quality standard. You'll be the face of our company on job sites, so professionalism and communication matter as much as your technical skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of 1–3 team members on mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, mulching, planting, and seasonal services
- Drive the company truck and trailer to and from job sites safely and responsibly
- Review job orders, communicate the plan to the crew, and ensure work is completed to spec
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Communicate job status, issues, and customer feedback to management
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required
- Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience — required
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring crew members
- Ability to operate a trailer and navigate to job sites
- Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with irrigation systems or seasonal installs
- Familiarity with LMN, ServiceTitan, or similar field service software
- Colorado pesticide applicator license or willingness to obtain
