About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Line Cook and Prep Cook positions for a new restaurant concept in Niwot, CO.
You will work side by side with passionate chefs, contributing your skill and creativity while fostering a culture of respect, team-building, and continuous learning. Our menu celebrates Northern Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pastas, wood-fired grilled steaks, and seasonal/ locally sourced produce—all thoughtfully prepared to highlight authentic flavors.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines

Maintain and uphold food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Assist with daily prep, deliveries, and rotating inventories

Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members

Contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Qualifications & Experience

At least 3 years of kitchen experience. Fine dining experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of Northern Italian cuisine

Strong knife skills and understanding of classical cooking methods

Ability to take initiative, multitask, and stay cool under pressure
